Grant "Doctor" Bucks - Chief Operating Officer
Lt Col Grant “Doctor” Bucks USAF (Ret) is a decorated Combat Veteran, Fighter and Training Squadron Commander and Director of Operations who served the United States Air Force for more than 20 years. As an F-15E Instructor/Evaluator Pilot and Mission Commander he flew, executed, and supported combat missions in Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Odyssey Dawn, and Inherent Resolve flying over 360 combat hours and earning three Air Medals, three Meritorious Service Medals, and an Aerial Achievement Medal. Grant possesses elite training skills he acquired working integrally with combat Task Forces involving U.S. Army Rangers, U.S. Navy Seals, and other Special Forces Groups. He is also a highly trained security professional serving as Chief Activity Security Monitor (ASM) and Special Technical Operations (STO) Instructor where he built, managed, and maintained multiple Top-Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF’s) securing, protecting, and training Warfighters on our Nation’s most sensitive secrets. A graduate of the Army’s Command and General Staff College, and the Air Force’s School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, Grant also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and two Master’s degrees with one is Business Management, and another in Strategy. He is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner for American Defense Structures.
