Jimmy "Skin" Forbes - Chief Security Officer

Maj Jimmy “Skin” Forbes USMC (Ret), is a decorated Combat Veteran and Marine “Mustang” who served more than 20 years in the United States Marine Corp as an Enlisted Machine Gunner/Infantryman in Operation Desert Storm then later as an Officer and Marine Harrier Pilot in Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. He possesses elite training skills received from the U.S. Marine Corp, 1st Battalion, 1st Marines. As a team leader on a re-enforced squad he led an elite group of Marines to evacuate the Somalian Embassy following the infamous Blackhawk shootdown portrayed in the movie “Blackhawk Down.” He later trained Marine Warfighters as an Instructor in Marksmanship, Close Quarter Combat, hand-to-hand combat, Nuclear Biological Chemical (NBC) and security operations. Jimmy also refined his leadership skills as 4th Marine Air Wing Current Operations Officer and Marine Air Tasking Order coordinator managing thousands of air combat missions. A graduate of the Marine’s Command and Staff College and Naval Post Graduate School, he also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a minor in business and aviation. He is currently serving as the Chief Security Officer and Partner for American Defense Structures.
